I need help and advice on how to deal with this Ipoh company ES CERAMICS TECHNOLOGY BERHAD who has somehow “conned” many shareholders money lately by doing a reversed kind of Accounting Treatments to present an extreme bad Financial Report for the 4th Qtr ended 31 May 2011 so that they created a panic selling and then walloped them one by one at rock bottom prices. I am one of the victim and I really wanted to take actions agst them. But what remedy actions can I take.

I’ve been conned before too (many times) in real life and in stock market. That’s why I am more skeptical on a lot of things now… even take a lot of time to study about financial fraud and their gimmicks… Zemoola http://whereiszemoola.blogspot.com/ has been talking a lot on fraud especially in KLSE, you may want to contact him instead. He is the kind of hero that don’t get paid at all for his work exposing crooks… I would have wish Malaysia allow shorting which will help more people to expose this fraud. No one want to waste time catching them when they cannot be rewarded. For me, my own way of dealing with this kind of things is learn instead of blaming, and then let go and move on. They are not the first and won’t be last… and this is not our first and last problem too… I may sound cruel to you and other shareholders but it is very difficult to change everyone in the world… we can’t wait for everyone in this world to be saint before we can be happy. Even if you want to fight, let go first, accept the loses, then do it without expectation. Take the zen path.

Ah Yap, I stumbled upon your blog and love the humour and think you are a great Malaysian story teller ( i love the chapter about SoHai Yap kena conned 1638 by indian men the most, I linked it to my friend overseas) but your English a bit broken la….But that makes it more malaysian, no???

i m thinkin , if iwrite a blog or book, i wil include a section on scam & how to identify them. Too many billions r lost in this. Look at OCt 4 2011 papers. Look at sunshine empire, Steven Tea’s corner, IRC, etc. WTF
