I am writing about myself. But I want you to see if you can link it to yourself and other people, so you can learn. I hope reading this is better than reading newspaper!

Soufulow described that I have 2 characteristics, which interesting enough, contradict with each other! But both are true at the same time!

#1 - Stubborn! Never Listen and Always Think That I Am Right!

He said that I am stubborn and never listen and that I think I am the smartest people on earth. That I think I am always right, always instruct and teach people what to do and never listen to other people.

#2 - Keep On Changing! Today Say This, Tomorrow Say Another Thing!

Haha. This is fun. First I am said to be stubborn, now I am always changing. Soufulow say today I ask him to invest in real estate, tomorrow I ask him to do options trading, and the next day I ask him to invest in the stock market.

I find this very interesting too, so which is the correct description for me?! The stubborn and never listen one? Or the keep on changing one? Both sounds right and both sounds wrong! I am confused!

After thinking and thinking and thinking, I finally get my answer.

We can ONLY think the BEST we can think using all the KNOWLEDGE and EXPERIENCE we have at THAT MOMENT of time.

  • You can’t ask a Standard 3 kids to do calculus because at that moment of time, his knowledge and experience only allow him to do basic math.
  • You can’t ask Soufulow to describe how does sex feel when he is Standard 6 because his knowledge and experience of sex at that moment of time was just some porn video and magazine (龙虎豹). Of course, he has no problem teaching you how to da fei kei (masturbate) at that time.
  • If you have never been to a place that is freaking cold (something like negative 40 Celsius) and the coldest weather you have experience is just the kindergarden-level-cold of Genting Highland, you may never be able to describe or even imagine how to live in negative 40 celcius. You may wonder will your pee become ice immediately when it come out? Will you dick freeze when you pee?

So, I figure out how my brain works.

In my life, especially the pass 5 years, I have been constantly learning, reading over 200 books, accumulated a lot of knowledge and life experience.

At one previous moment of my time, I think I should put all my money in real estate to generate rental income for me. At that moment, I think real estate is the best investment. (keyword - At That Moment) Because at that moment, my knowledge and experience are limited only to real estate. And I have experience from my parents that the stock market is very risky and buying stocks is nothing but gambling.

So at that moment of time if I am blogging, I will tell you how good real estate investing is and why you should put all your money in it.

And if someone come and tell me, at that moment of time, that real estate is not the best and I should invest in the stock market, you will see me in mode #1 - Stubborn and Never Listen. I will probably responded with, “Don’t be Sohai lar, stock market where can play one!”

At that moment of time, my knowledge and experience only allow me to think real estate is the best. Everything else that come contracting with my believe will be rejected.

Fortunately, I am really not that stubborn. :D I have another important characteristic called OPEN MINDED and a gifted skill known as THE ABILITY TO INVESTIGATE.

If you tell me me the stock market is good, and after scolding you as a sohai, I will actually get curious about the stock market. I am curious because I am open minded. If I am really a stubborn ass hole, I will shut my brain off and reject everything in fully automated mode (you will see lots of people like this).

When I get curious, I will start to investigate and think, “Why the heck he say stock market is good?”, “Why my mum and dad burn their fingers (actually the hands, legs and hairs) in the stock market and he can still say it is good?”

The guy who told me the stock market is good planted a seed into my brain. Then there might be a few more guys come to tell me the same thing! They are watering the seed and it grows in my brain. I became more and more curious and I started to investigate more and more.

I usually learn by reading. So I started to read, 1 book, 2 books, 3 books …. 20+ books!

AT THAT MOMENT OF TIME, after reading 20 books, my knowledge and experience are totally different than that moment that I tell the whole world real estate is the best!

After my investigation on the matter, I change my believe and dump the “real estate is the best” believe and replace it with “stock market is the best”. That’s why what I am blogging now is about stock market and not real estate.

So am I stubborn or constantly changing? You can’t fit me into either one because I am both!

If I encounter new things and after investigation, I think my old believe is better, then I will stick with the old believe and reject the new knowledge. Not only that it never becomes part of me but it also helps strengthened what I am believing right now!

On the other hand, if after investigation, I think the new knowledge is actually better than my existing one, I will not hesitate to dump my old believe and replace it with the new one!

I am ready to change any second if I find something better to replace my old believe. And I will be stubborn enough to reject everything that after my investigation, didn’t sounds better than what I have already known.

This is the correct description of me. My ability to investigate determine whether I should be stubborn or changing.

If you come to me today and tell me value investing sucks and I should trade like playing in BursaPursuit because the #1 winner grow his RM250,000 to RM1 million in less than 2 months (400%!) and I sucks because I can only compound my money 20% per year, do you think I will be stubborn or changing?

People Who Doesn’t Have The Ability To Investigate and Change Frequently

If you look at most aunties, you will notice that they change very frequently. Today she listen to this aunty says tomato is good, tonight she cook all-tomato-dinner for her husband and children - tomato rice, tomato soup, tomato dessert, tomato juice … yucks …

They are too open minded! They don’t investigate much before they accept new things. And these group of people will easily fall into SCAM and the hand of the marketing guys.

  • He believes that Maxis is really giving him 500 free SMS is he forwards the message to 10 of his friends!
  • He believes that Friendster and Hotmail is really too crowded and will delete his account if he didn’t forward that message to 15 of his friends!
  • He believes that someone really want to borrow his bank account to transfer 5 million US Dollar and in return give him 5% commission!

While you may be laughing on these and tell me that only sohai will fall for these and you are not one of them, what about these -

  • Do you believe that drinking milk will give you more calcium? Do you believe on what Anlene says, “2 cups of Anlene will give you the calcium you need a day”? (两杯Anlene给你一天所需要的钙质) What if I tell you that the more milk you drink, the more calcium you will lose! :) Wow!
  • Do you believe that cancer is a disease that kill? What if I tell you cancer is a CURE that heal instead of kill and cancer patients should thank God that thay have cancer? :) Wow!
  • Do you think eating fruits after your dinner is good for your digestion? What if I tell you eating fruits after your FOOD is actually bad for your digestion? :) Wow!

Are you open minded enough? Do you have the ability to investigate? At this moment of time, your knowledge and experience may be telling you that drinking milk will give you more calcium (so you drink more), cancer is something that kill (so you should hate it), fruit is good for digestion (so you should eat more papayas after your dinner).

At this moment of time, you may think milk is the best source of calcium, so you drink it yourself. You also force your innocent child to drink it and you force your old mum to drink it! You are not wrong, because at this moment of time, your knowledge and experience tell you that it is right and that’s the best.

In the next few posts, when I start to plant a seed on your brain and tell you the other way, you will have more knowledge to allows you to think differently. And that, will depends on whether you are open minded and have the ability to investigate, and the conclusion of your investigations.

People Who Is Not Open Minded

If the first group of people is the people who don’t have the ability to investigate and thus keep on changing (and keep on being conned and fall into marketing gimmicks), who is the second group?

The second group are those who are stubborn ass hole who are not willing to change and always think that they are right. They don’t need to investigate because they don’t even open up their mind! Instead of accepting everything, they accept nothing. They think they already know everything they need to know. They are very ego-type. They probably think they are the God or the Prophet. They always want to teach people what to do and how to do and will never listen. Terrorist is the extreme example, they kill with the name of God.

Worst! Sometimes even when everything prove that they are wrong, they still refuse to admit it and still want to say that they are right and others are wrong! Politicians do that all the time! Hishammuddin and Nazri do that all the time! Most of the time they realized that what they have said should not have been said, but because they have said it, they will need to stubbornly keep their old stand.

Referring back to the phase “We can ONLY think the BEST we can think using all the KNOWLEDGE and EXPERIENCE we have at THAT MOMENT of time”, if one is not open minded, his thinking will always be limited to his limited knowledge and experience at that time. Since he never learn new things, he never growth. That moment of time will be a long moment of time because he is almost the same all the time.

  • A smoker will smoke until maybe he has lung cancer. His knowledge and experience tell him smoking is OK for decades. But when he got lung cancer, his experience change dramatically and so he can change almost immediately now. If he is open minded and start investigating at the good and bad about smoking, he may have more chances to quit smoking earlier. (Smoking not only burn holes in your lung but also burn holes in your wallet and make Barisan Nasional rich!)
  • Do you think homosexual is a sin and bad? This is what his knowledge and experience at that moment of time tell him so. (Religion? School education?) If he is really open minded and investigate into the matter, he may find out that homosexual is not even a choice! If you are a guy and you feel ’something’ when you look at a sexy woman, it is not a choice! it is your body reaction because of your genetics and hormones. Whether you want to do something (sex, rape …) is a choice but the initial feeling is not a choice! For a gay man, he don’t feel that ’something’ when he see a sexy woman BUT he feel that ’something’ when he see a sexy man! It is not a choice! He can choose not to engage in homosexual acts BUT he can never choose to feel ’something’ when he see a woman instead of a man. He is born like that.
  • Do you think prostitution should be banned? Read my post on Prostitution. Read the comments as well for examples of people that is not open minded enough and want to kick my ass without any supporting facts other than some bible clause or telling me ‘Malaysia is a Muslim country’.

Understand the phase “We can ONLY think the BEST we can think using all the KNOWLEDGE and EXPERIENCE we have at THAT MOMENT of time” can gives us 2 different ways to look at the differences of religions.

#1. A religion fanatic (someone crazy with his own religion) may grow up his whole life knowing and practicing only 1 religion. All his knowledge and experience are limited to 1 religion and he might not be open minded enough to learn about other religions. Not only that he think his religion is the best but he also think that his religion is the ONLY ONE that is right. Other religions are just wrong, wrong, wrong. With this kind of thinking, how much room can he gives to other religion?

#2. If he knows that everyone can only think the best they can think with all the knowledge and experience they have at that moment of time, EVEN if his religion is REALLY the best and the true one in the world, he should be able to understand and accept that someone else might also think that their religion is the best and not his. Because for that man, his knowledge and experience limited him to think that his religion is the best and not yours! You are able to pick the right religion because your knowledge and experience are better than him. You will be more open minded and can accepts other religions to co-exist with yours.

If you are not open minded, you will not even want to investigate on things, which means you will never grow and never learn new things. Finance, health, relationship, spirituality … we all have our best at any moment of time with all our accumulated knowledge and experience and we can only do our best using what we know at that moment of time.

As we are still living, we will be constantly growing and we will encounter more knowledge everyday and gain new experience everyday. And you, have to decide if you want to be like the aunties who keep on changing frequently without investigating, or the politicians who are stubborn and never listen, or you want to be an open minded person who has the ability to investigate on new knowledge and decide whether you want to keep your old believes or replace it with the better one.

You should also be able to understand why some other people are so different than you because that’s what the best they can do, with their knowledge and experience at that moment of time.

Disclaimer

Today when I look at myself yesterday, I laugh at myself as being so stupid yesterday. I can’t believe I can be so stupid thinking that way just a day before. And tomorrow, I will laugh at myself being so stupid today! :)

I am constantly learning and growing everyday. Today what I write is the best I can think of Today (using my limited knowledge and experience accumulated up to today), tomorrow I will have new knowledge and experience that I will decide which one to take in as part of me and which one to reject stubbornly. So funny enough, my blog should have a disclaimer!

Take your own RISK if you read AhYap’s blog because he changes so fast that he may not think the same tomorrow! You understand that you might run the RISK of Brain Damage if you read on this blog. Read at your own RISK! Be open minded and investigate all the information yourself before you accept anything AND please don’t kick my ass just because I write something that contradict with your religion, because I am still not as smart as you leh! :D

Someone named tokbi is attacking me on my Post on Prostitution. If you haven’t read the post before, please read it because it is one of my best posts in my blog.

Here is his comment

fuck off!!!

i couldn’t read it all because it is so bullshit!!! it is so wrong and just a piece of shit…!!! hey ah yap, please go to other country before i kick your ass!!! maybe you are the one with an extreme sex desire..a.k.a. sex maniac… malaysia is an islamic country la idiot!! islam is the official religion…negaraku is the official song, bunga raya is the official flower…islam forbid prostitution because it never benefits anybody or anyone except sex maniac like you..what the fuck you said?? prostitute in singapore has 3 monthly medical check up??? you are so stupid, you know..if they contract any STD, HIV or hepatitis germs they can transfer it to other people immediately…3 months ago clean report is very useless…as useless as you…

I am showing you his comment because this is a very good example of what I am trying to tell you in my post “Why The World Can Never Be Perfect!“. Tokbi’s perfect world is a world without prostitution and from his words, you know he wants a world that practices Muslim laws. And he goes to the extend that if you don’t agree with his perfect definition he will fuck you, chase you out of ‘his country’, kick your ass, remind you that Malaysia is an ‘Islamic country’, accuse you as a sex maniac, tell you that you are an idiot, useless and stupid.

He is still consider a nice guy because he didn’t come and bomb my house or kidnap my mother. There are people in this world that if you don’t agree with their prefect world definition, they will come and cut your head in front of the camera and upload it to YouTube! Don’t play play ar!

I’ve seen other Malay bloggers mentioning my post in their blogs and they find that my post is funny. And yet, how come the very same post can make some other Muslims so angry? As I’ve answered in the same ‘Perfect World‘ post, there are people who knows how to respect and accept things especially those that they don’t agree or dislike themselves. While there are also people who will never tolerate a single thing that doesn’t fit his ‘perfect definition’.

This is the world. This is Malaysia. What will Malaysia look like 50 years from now? Will Malaysians learn how to respect and accept each other? Or we are just going to selfishly demand more for our own, our races and our religion, pushing others to the cliff?

I live in a kampung called Ipoh where we only have 200,00 people. In KL, there are 4.2 million people! That’s 21 times more than Ipoh. In recent years, I have been traveling to KL quite often and I find that I really have to pay my honor to KL people. A lot of things that seems unbearable to me are acceptable to KL people.

1. Respect for KL Drivers in Traffic Jam.

KL people can spend a few hours in the traffic everyday. Usually they will have to drive 1 hour+ to work and 1 hour+ back to work. At least 2 hours a day is wasted in the car. This number is scary if you multiplied that with the number of people driving everyday.

2. Respect for KL People Carrying Laptop while Shopping and Dining.

KL is popular of laptop thieves. Leaving your laptop in the car is unsafe and thus you can see a lot of KL people carrying their laptop while walking in KLCC and dining in SS2. Those who go clubbing after work also need to carry their laptop along.

3. Repect for KL People Paying for Parking Fee

Parking everywhere cost money. Parking at KLCC can cost more than RM10! Parking outdoor at Bukit Bintang area is RM5 on weekdays and RM7 on weekends. Parking fee at Mid Valley is now per hour basis instead of per entry. And more scary, parking at night at some places that should be free are now required to pay as well because the heavily-tattooed guard will tell you, “We take care of your car and make sure no one will scratch your car”.

4. Respect for KL People Paying for lots of Toll.

Thanks to our Minister of Toll, Sammy Vellu on this. If I drive home to Bangi using Jalan Cheras I have to pay 3 tolls.

5. Repect for KL People Queuing for Cinema Tickets

KL has the biggest cinemas and yet people have to queue so long for the tickets. The KLCC queuing line is especially shocking to me where the cinema waiting area can be full of queued up people waiting to buy their tickets.

6. Repect for the KTM Komuter that always break down

Ride it 3 times and it broke down twice. In one occasion it broke down over 1 hour without air conditioning. Baby is crying non-stop and everyone is sweating like shit. Rude words can be listen all the time. I am OK because I am staring at a pretty girl for that 1 hour. Wahahaha. Later they need to send another komuter to pull our broken komuter back to the station and we have to ride another komuter.

7. Respect for the non-standard price Taxi Drivers charge

Taxi drivers in KL are very interesting. They can charge multiple ways, such as pre-negotiated rate, meter rate or mouth rate. Mouth rate means he don’t use the meter nor the pre-negotiated rate but after you reach, he open his mouth and tell you how much he wants. Short distance in KL can cost RM10! Passengers always feel like they are overpaying while drivers always feel like they are undercharging.

8. Respect for KL People Sense of Direction

Ok, this is a real respect. With so many roads and so many places in KL. I do really respect KL people who can navigate everywhere in KL and didn’t get lost.

9. Respect for KL People who Live So Near to Highway (and Electric Cable)

This is suggested by Ernest in his comment and I totally agree with it! Especially the highway near Sri Petaling. Some also live very near to Electric cable tower where they can hang their cloths there free of charge.

Here is why I love Ipoh. Sometimes there will be traffic jam but it is bearable. You will wish to have our type of traffic jam. Not much high-tech people here so not much people carrying notebook around. Parking is easy and cheap everywhere. Parking at Ipoh Parade is RM1 per entry and parking at other shopping complexes are free including Jaya Jusco, Tesco, Giant, etc. There is no toll in Ipoh. And you don’t need to queue 100 meters for your movie tickets. :)

Need a taxi? Call the taxi call center 2534188 and all prices are fixed. And the town is so small that there is no need for LRT or KTM komuter. Although a little sense of direction is required, you won’t get that lost in Ipoh. The last time I wanted to go to KLCC, the two jagung were very big and near to me. I made a bad turning and I lost until the jagung were missing from my eyesight. That’s KL.

But don’t feel disappointed if you are a KL people, because Streamyx in Ipoh is as fucked up as yours.

Preparing to Die

Don’t worry, I am not going to kill myself. This is just a post about my weird behaviour. Hopefully it is not that boring.

I am a guy who like to eliminate things. I don’t keep a lot of things.

I used to be like my mum, who will hold on to everything. For example, I used to keep all my primary scholl textbooks, PMR and SPM reference books many many years. I used to keep all of my old cloths, all my exam papers, all exercise books, etc. I refused to thow any away or give to anyone. I felt like ‘They are mine’. I always thought that ‘Someday’ I will need them.

My mum even better. She keeps lots of old shoes and cloths that she no longer wear. She doesn’t allow me to throw away my faulty 14″ CRT monitor that I used with my 486. She keeps a lot of new bowls, forks and kitchenware in the cupboard for years and only use the 2nd grade one because she wants to keep the ‘new’ one for use later. The later is always become never.  And the new always become old.

My grandmother (my mother’s mother) even better, she keeps chicken cages until today although she has not been raring chickens for decades. My mother is definitely her daughter.

I once want to throw away a table that I have disembled long time ago but lost all the screws. So it cannot be assembled back. She, on her own, carried all the table boards from upstairs to her car when I was not at home and fetched all of them to my grandmother house. She did that again with my old 486 computer table.

My behaviour, used to be exactly like my mother and my grandmother. I even used to keep a lot of my childhood toys!

Last few years, I begin to change. Instead of hanging to things, I have learned to let go. I feel guilty that I have not given my PMR and SPM books to someone because I never touched them at all after all these years. I were hanging on these books because I feel like they are my properties. I thought that ‘one day’ I might need to read them again. But when I realized I no longer need them anymore, it was too late as the books were obsolete and the only meaningful thing to do is to sell them to old newspaper collector.

I bought a lot of original books in Universities because I realize if I have a new book that smell good, I am more willing to study it then a photocopied 2-page-shink-to-1-page book. I donated all of them to my library 1 year after I left my University.

Realizing that I had a lot of old cloths that were in mint condition but I never wore anymore, I packed and donated all of them in the last 2 years. I also had a lot of shoes and in the recent Chinese New Year, I donated 8 pairs of shoes that I were keeping for years but never wore! One pair of the shoes is a RM200+ Dr. Cardin. It is the most expensive shoes that I ever bought when I were Form 5. I am guilty that I only wore it a few times. I bought it because I used to have the mindset, “I need to follow others people style and fashion”. I got a pair of jeans that I have donated as well because again, I bought it because someone say it is the fashion but I didn’t like it at all. I just wore it a few times.

Now, I only have 3 pairs of shoes and 2 pairs of Jeans.

I have given my favorite remote control car to my newphew after keeping it untouched for more than 10 years!

I also have the tendency to keep things very neatly. My room doesn’t look ‘pretty’ but it is extremely neat. If you rate a guy’s room, mine will be in top 1% in terms of tidyness. I can always find something easily because I simply don’t keep a lot of things.

All my important documents are kept nicely in a few files.

All my books are keep nicely in a few book shelves.

All my cloths are keep semi-nicely in my cupboard. (I don’t have much cloths)

Even my computer! I have all my filed arranged very nicely and I will delete everything that is not important. I delete emails after I read them too. My important data, is less than 2GB and I can migrate them back and forth from my laptop in 2 minutes.

Why suddenly I like to elimate things and keep things nicely?

The reason, is weird.

If I die tomorrow, my parents don’t need to be bothered with all my stuffs. I don’t want to leave a mess after I die. I want to give them the minimum troubles. Almost all my stuffs are in my room. I have

1. A few shelves of books
2. Cloths in the cupboard
3. My computer
4. Files that contain important documents arranged nicely (my will, insurance policy, financial info, etc).

So, if I die tomorrow, they can just donate my books and cloths. Keep my computer for their own use, and open my files to get all my important documents. They don’t need to waste a lot of time looking for things, figuring where I put my stuffs, and going through a lorry of stuffs and documents one by one just to know what they are.

At 27, AhYap has prepared to die.

Soufu wrote a post on Affiliate: a decent job for Aseans?

Suddenly I have a lot to say too!

You really think that it is easy to make money online? It seems to me that the only way to make money online, is to TEACH people how to make money online.

That’s the same as GOLD RUSH. 150 years ago, everyone thought that there were lots of gold beneath the land. So a lot of people rushed to dig and dig and dig. But they didn’t make any money because there isn’t even 0.01% of gold that they have imagined. They are just dreaming.

Guess who make the most money? The guy who sold these dreamers the digging tools (shovels, etc) and also Mr Levi Strauss, who sell them Levi’s Jeans!

Now the same thing is happening again. It’s really hard to dig for gold from the internet but is far more easy to sell the Shovel and Jeans to the greedy people that want to make money online!

There are thousands of online ebooks and courses sold online that teach you ‘How to make money online’.

Many so-called guru in Malaysia are giving seminars and workshops to those who want to learn how to make money online.

There is a Malaysian guy sending out SPAM email asking us to join his workshop for RM250 and he will teach us ‘How to rank #1 in Google!”. And that’s really a joke. If he can rank #1 for the word ‘Mortgage’ in Google, he will be an multi-millionaire. He don’t need to organize a workshop for RM250. I can instantly teach you how to rank #1 in Google. I will rank #1 for the keyword rankno1ingoogle in a few days because that keyword exist only once in the entire internet and that’s AhYap.com! Pay me RM250 please.

Ranking #1 in Google is not enough to make you money. You need to rank #1 for profitable keywords. Rank #1 for the keyword “Najib” won’t make you rich. You need to rank #1 for something like “credit card”. And if you can rank #1 for “credit card”, I will pay you RM25,000.

And there is a woman who called herself “The #1 Internet Marketing Coach”. Yucks. She called herself so because she said Google ranked her #1 for the keyword “Internet Marketing Coach”.

This really makes me laugh. Google ranks you #1 for the keyword “Internet Marketing Coach” only means you are #1 for that keyword in the search results and doesn’t mean you are the #1 Internet Marketing Coach. ^&%@##$@#%%

AhYap.com ranked #4 for the keyword ’sohai’ so AhYap is the #4 Sohai in the world?!!! Wahahaha (maybe true).

But AhYap.com ranked #1 for the keyword ‘AhYap’ so I am the smartest AhYap in the world? Oh, I thought you say I am the #4 sohai just now?

And if she is so good, she should have ranked #1 for the keyword ‘Internet Marketing’, not ‘Internet Marketing Coach’. There are a lot of people search for ‘Internet Marketing’ but there is not much people search for ‘Internet Marketing Coach’. She did ranked #4 for ‘Internet Marketing’ if you search in Google but that’s because we are using a Malaysia IP. If you are looking at the US results, she is no where in the Top 100. Shame, shame. And I don’t think she knows how to make Google shows US results.

And her website has only a PageRank of 4. (PageRank is a score given by Google to grade a page with 10 being the highest)

Even AhYap as the #4 sohai in the world has PageRank of 3 while the #3 cibai in the world Mr Cibailang has a PageRank of 4 too! So cibailang is also as good as the “#1 Internet Marketing Coach”.

But she is really a RICH WOMAN! Because she is selling you the tools to make money online! She makes a lot of money by teaching you how to make money online!

And remember she doesn’t make those money online because she is organizing her seminars offline in her computer lab and advertising her tools and seminars on local newspaper, which are OFFLINE.

And why it works even she is not as good as soufulow when it comes to internet marketing? Because you only need to be in Standard 3 level to qualify teaching a kindergarden student (small baby). 99% people who want to make money online are internet marketing idiots. Probably don’t even have kindergraden level, just baby learning how to walk. If your internet marketing skill is at Standard 3, you can easily teach a kindergarden student. You don’t need to be a PHD in Internet Marketing.

Anyone wants to pay me RM250 for a 2-hour internet marketing seminar? I am happy to entertain as I believe I got Standard 4 in Internet Marketing. :)

AhYap
The #4 Sohai In The World according to Google.

My blog slogan is “Better than reading newspaper”. I choose this slogan because I prefer to blog something that you don’t read on newspaper. It is not that “they don’t know” but they have a lot of limitations on what they can write.

Today topic is “Is There a Relationship Between The Police and The Reporters”. Do you think they have any relationship? Why when there is something happening, the reporters will know so fast?

There is a rape case in Ipoh few days ago (I am very sad that Ipoh is becoming Johor Bahru). And my question is, “Why the hell the reporter will know so fast about the case?”. Who is the one that is telling the reporter about the case?

Let us do some analysis. First, who know about the case?

1. The rapist - Oh, do you think it is the rapist that told the reporters?

2. The victim - Oh, do you want to tell the whole world that you are being raped?

3. The public helpers - Since usually the victim will be helped by some public (sent to hospital or police station). They might be informing the reporters. It is possible but if it is you and me, we will definitely feel sympathy to the victim. At most we will tell friends and families, but I don’t think we will call the reporters.

4. Doctors, Nurses and Hospital Staffs - I believe most doctors are professionals. But low-paid hospital staffs (counter clerk, ambulance drivers…) do have high possibilities in telling the reporters if they can get some ‘reward’ in return from the news media. However, most crimes don’t involved ‘hospital’ accept those that need body check out (like raping).

5. Police! Unless you don’t lodge a police report, police will know THE MOST THING regarding a case.

Now for your brain to think -

“Do you think reporters have special information linkage to polices?”.

“Do you think reporters are willing to pay polices some ‘gift’ on recurring basis so they will be informed on things. And extra ‘bonuses’ if the news is big enough?”.

“Do you think polices would like to get some extra ‘gift’ by disclosing information?”

“Do you think news media can survive without reliable source of information? Do you think they can survive if they are the last to know about something?”

Newspaper always say something like this, “The police didn’t confirm … (it is like this) … but according to reliable source, it is indeed …. (like this) …”. Like confirming the DNA of the three-year-old little girl Ying Ying recently. The police didn’t make an official statement that it is indeed the little girl but the media says, “According to reliable source…”

What is the reliable source? Why the hell they can’t tell us what is the ‘reliable source’? Media usually wants to tell us AS MUCH THING as they can. But why in the case they use the phase ‘reliable source’?

I didn’t make any statements here. These are all questions. Questions for you to think about.

Referring to the Ipoh case. Sinchew admit that they have been waiting in front of the victim house for 1 hour plus but no one returned. How the hell do they know the victim address?! Where do they ‘dig’ the information from? Some more, they know things like, “The rapist cover her eyes but didn’t tie her her hands and legs”. How the heck they can know such details without even seeing the victim?

Something to think about.

There is no such thing as a ‘perfect world’! Because for 6 billion people who live on this fucking earth, all of them have a different definition of PERFECT. And all of them significantly contradict with each other! Your definition of perfect is different than my definition of perfect. Mahathir Mohamad’s definition of perfect is different than Abdullah Badawi’s definition of perfect! George Bush’s definition of perfect is different than Osama Bin Laden’s definition of perfect. How the world can be ‘perfect’ when everyone wants something different?

For an example, I am a non smoker and my ‘perfect world’ is that NO ONE ever smoke!

But for a smoker, his ‘perfect world’ would be something like

1. He can smoke anytime and anywhere in the world and not just the GSC and KLCC toilets (and Parliament House if he is a Malaysia politician).

2. Government will not tax on cigarettes but instead subsidizes them like they subsidize our petrol.

3. Smoking will never cause Lung Cancer but will actually enhance his health and sex power (plus some penis enlargement effect).

How the world can be ‘perfect’ when non-smokers perfect world is a world with no one smoking while smokers perfect world would be to able to smoke anywhere? Both of them will keep on fighting for their own ‘perfect’ world, according to their own definition!

Both sides will sing the same song ” … We will … keep on FIGHTiiinnng till the end… We are the Champion! … We are the Champion! …”

Each religion in this world has their own definition of ‘perfect’. Muslims say that there is only 1 God who created the world and His name is Allah. Christians say that there is also 1 God who created the world but His name IS NOT Allah. Then Hinduism say that there are a lot of Gods who created the world together. But Buddhists say that there in No God who created this world.

Muslims perfect world would be everyone’s a Muslim and follows Islam’s teachings. Christian’s perfect world would be everyone’s Christian and follows Christian’s teachings. So as Hinduism and Buddhists. How the fuck can the world be ‘perfect’ when everyone has different definition for ‘perfect’? [And also definition of 'sin' when it comes to religion]

More examples -

When you want to buy something, you want to buy at the cheapest price. But the guy who sell you want to sell you the HIGHEST price!

When you are driving down the traffic light, you wish that the light is GREEN for you. Put it another way, you selfish little bastard wish the other sides got RED! But the drivers at the other sides wish that you got the RED instead so he can have the GREEN! (The other side are also selfish bastards)

51% of Americans voted for George Bush so he is now the President of America. 49% voted against him! See how contradict they think regarding the ‘perfect’ America.

A chicken (real chicken, not the fake chicken) perfect world would be a world that human don’t eat chicken BUT the human perfect world be more KFCs and Ramlee Burgers.

Wow! I never thought of that until now. If chickens and animals also have their own definitions of perfect world, there will be 6 billion people + XXX billion animals that all have different definitions for a perfect world. See how fucked up it can be.

Cow perfect world would be that no human drink cow’s milk and girls don’t like cheese cake while human perfect world would be a cow with unlimited milk.

Girls perfect world is a lot of shoes and handbags. Guys perfect world is no need to go shopping with his girlfriend and suffocate inside the extremely crowded Vinci Shop.

I hope that my mum will take care of her health by taking control of her diet. But she prefer her curry mee and nasi lemak than her health.

I wish that “Lost” (the movie series) will have Lost Season 4, Season 5 and Season 6 Finale right now so I don’t need to wait for 16 episodes in 2008, 16 in 2009 and 16 in 2010! But the producers prefer to do it the slow way to make more money.

Going more sarcastic (but very true). A Johor girl hopes that there are no rapist in Johor but a Johor rapist hopes that he can rape anyone he wants without being caught by the police! [Note: 'rape anyone he wants' not 'rape everyone' because even rapists has their own definition of 'perfect' victims. Different rapists have different taste. Some like girls wearing nurse uniform because he watches too many Japanese AV while some like smaller size girls because he consciously or subconsciously knows that he can control her easier than a BIG one. It is very shameful if you try to rape someone and end up being 'raped' back with a stick on your back hole and your balls broken.]

Americans hope that all terrorists are dead while terrorists hope that all Americans are dead.

Everyone wants to be the richest man in the world but there is only 1 richest man in the world at anytime out of the 6 billion people in this world.

Streamyx users want fast torrents download but TM Net hopes their customers don’t know how to use torrent so they can save a lot of money in bandwidth.

People hope that they can go to Heaven but no one wants to die. [off topic]

Every single “want” that we want, there will always be someone in this world that don’t want it. And for every single “don’t want” that we don’t want, there will always be someone in this world that want it. How the fuck can be world be perfect?

So how do we make this world a ‘better’ world when what I want is not want you want? How to live in this world that everyone has a different definition of ‘perfect’?

Important Question: “How can we live happily in this world?”

Since you know someone can be 180 degrees different that you. Don’t INSIST on things to be the way you want it to be. Flexible with the things you don’t like. Flexible with the things that contradict with your perfect definition.

We need to enlarge our heart so BIG that it RESPECTS everything and ACCEPTS everything. It respects everything that we don’t like and it accepts everything that is contradict with our perfect definition.

It is OK if the guy in front of you drive slow. It is OK if your neighbor is a Muslim while you are a Christian (or anyway round). It is OK if someone says you are stupid or talk bad about you. More sarcastically, it is OK if someone wants to kill you. Although not logical, but imagine you really allow people to kill you and you won’t feel angry, how happy can you be while you are living? The point is to see how much space you are going to give to people that are different than you. How much can you tolerate. [If you are a Muslim, can you tolerate people burning Al-Quran in front of you? If you are a Christian, can you tolerate someone burning Jesus picture in front of you? Wars always started because they can't tolerate these. If you really stick to your religion, why do you need to feel angry with those. You should have known very clearly that they will go to Hell when they die. God will do his job.]

I am not telling you to let a rapist rape you tomorrow and let a terrorist kill you tomorrow. I am telling you that if you can accept those things, your happiness in this world will be the maximum. People at this level can be happy even other people make them suffer. Maybe we don’t need to get to the extreme, maybe half? Many of us live far from it. Can’t even tolerate little thing like a ‘look’ from a stranger or a horn from the back driver. News like the Korean student got beaten to death by 2 Malaysians is a good example.

The less definitions you have on how the perfect world should be and the less you INSIST on things to be some way, the more happy you will be living in this never-can-be-perfect world.

When one day your definition of perfect become nil (zero), that’s the day you live in the perfect world. By then you will be happy and satisfy with everything. No one can ever pissed you off even if they cut off your legs and hands and put into the refrigerator. This is going too far, but that’s the correct direction. If you can reach half way, you are doing extremely well.

Your happiness doesn’t require any requirements and criteria. You no longer need things and people to be the way you want them to be. You don’t need the world to change a thing before you can be happy!

Enjoy your life!

Shanghai

Flying to Shanghai tonight! Has been shitting non-stop for 2 days (guys version of ‘bocor‘), hopefully will not need to keep on shitting at KLIA, the plane and Shanghai. Wahahaha.

I find out that the most happy days I have, are always the days I don’t need to touch and see my computer (and the internet). I know that only after I traveled to Korea 3 years ago. I always thought that I like computer and internet very much. I thought I have passion with it, can’t live without it. But after I didn’t touch the computer for a record of 8 straight days at Korea, I find out that I actually hate computers. :) 8 days is a record because ever since I got my first computer in 1994, I have not left my computer for such a long period.

Soon, you will find out what you thought you like is actually what you hate.

Soon, you will find out what you thought is right is actually wrong.

Then later, what you hate become what you like again. And what you think is wrong become right again. Then you hate it again, like it again, hate it again …. then you think it is wrong again, right again, wrong again … it keeps repeating.

People (and everything), keep changing, every second. From physical stuffs like a car, to non-physical stuffs like our thoughts and believes. There is ONLY ONE THING that HAS NEVER CHANGED in our universe, and that ONE THING, is the fact that ‘Everything Changes’.

And the reason I write this post, is to make you confuse. Wahahaha.

If you raise the salary of a policeman, it will not stop him from accepting bribe.
If his salary is RM800, he is happy with a RM10 bribe.

If you increase his salary to RM1800, RM10 no longer look tasty to him! He will become more greedy. So he will PEPSI! (ASK FOR MORE!). So now he need minimum RM20.

RISK & REWARD. If you want me to take more risk, you will have to give me better reward.

Receiving bribe is illegal and thus everytime they do so, they are taking risk. Risk against losing their job = their salary. When their salary is only RM800, risk is small. But if their salary is RM1,800, risk become bigger. So it must come with better reward before they are willing to take the risk. And that bigger reward is BIGGER bribe amount!

And that also explains why small duck police can be bribed at $10 while big cow sarjan and inspector may need RM200. Government officers for kopitiam license or your new house construction drawing might need RM500 while politicians for billion dollar Iskandar projects might need a few millions + some china girls and some donations to UMNO and MCA.

To make sure we can continue to bribe at RM10/policeman, please don’t vote for a police pay raise! Everyone make mistakes in this world, we don’t want to pay more than RM10 for our small mistakes. Wahahahaha.

Everyday (EVERYDAY!) you open the newspaper and you will read news about someone being conned (骗).

The story plot is almost the same everyday.

1. Victim receives an SMS claiming that he has won a lottery and is asked to call back. The lottery prize is usually RM30,000 to RM50,000. Why? Too big the amount is hard to believe, too small the amount cannot generate enough temptation.

2. Victim gets excited and call back. Conman (骗子) use all sorts of psychology, motivation, marketing, sales technique, religion talk, feng-shui and luck talk to bring you to HEAVEN (lot’s of pleasure on winning the lottery).

3. Conman then mention that they need to collect a small amount of ‘processing fee’, ‘insurance’ or ‘tax’ before they can release the lottery. (RM1,000 to RM5,000) The Key Part!

4. Victim transfer money to the conman (whom now become the real lottery winner because he gets the money) and wait to receive his RM50,000. He brags around his wife and friends for winning the lottery. He takes his families to eat TGI Fridays and celebrate with friends in KTV because he know tomorrow he is going to be rich.
5. He keeps checking his account balance to see if he has received the RM50,000, but the account only show him he has spent RM5,000 earlier.

5. He didn’t make the RM50,000. But indeed he makes a police report and make an old-boring-repeated-news on the newspaper.

6. Another victim, another police report, another news on the newspaper.

More surprisingly, one might thought someone who is smart and educated (i.e. professionals, university graduates, businessman …) won’t easily get conned. But INDEED, most people who get conned are actually lawyers and PHDs!

They are not stupid, they are greedy. They are perfect examples of the psychology ‘Pain and Pleasure’. ‘Pain and Pleasure’ means people will do anything to get PLEASURE (快乐) and will do anything to stay away form PAIN (痛苦). When there are both pleasure and pain, the force of staying away from pain will dominate. (Getting slim is a pleasure but exercising and stop easting is pain. So pain dominate and thus becoming fat is more preferable)

The money act as the PLEASURE and not getting the money act as the PAIN. Even they suspect it might be a SCAM, they will still give it a try because their mind keep saying, “What if it is real?!”. The pain of not getting the money IF IT IS REAL is so big that eventually they have to become the victim.

—-

*THINK*

- If you really are the winner of such a big prize, why didn’t they call you directly by phone instead of using an SMS? (remember they already know your phone number and is able to SMS you)

- If they know you are the lottery winner, how come they didn’t mention your name on the SMS?

- If you really need to pay RM5,000 processing fee or tax, why can’t they just deduct it from your RM50,000 prize and just pay you RM45,000?

—-

*SAD* :(
The PAIN and PLEASURE is so powerful that if you point to a potential victim that it is a SCAM, their face will immediately turn black and thought that you are insane! They can’t believe why you are so
stupid to believe that it is a SCAM. They will actually hate you and think that you are actually jealous on him. This will even push them to get the ‘money’ quicker so they can prove to you that you are wrong! (They are lawyers and PHDs and their ego tell them they are smarter than you!)
—-

WARNING: EVEN if you have read my post here, I can tell you that you can still be the next victim. Because from my experience, most people don’t learn until they really get burned. My post seems to be very logical and easy to understand. But in real case scenario where the PAIN and PLEASURE really kick in, you might become emotionally and can no longer be able to think logically. If you are the next victim, you can write a comment here so I can laugh. But don’t feel ashamed because you can said to yourself, “PHDs and lawyers also can get conned, why can’t me?”. (I am insulting you because I hope you will really learn something here)

Remember, If money just fall out of the sky, PIG CAN FLY! Wahahahaha.

pig fly

A similar Cantonis sayings is “边都会有甘大只kap-la 随街跳!” which translated to there won’t be a BIG FROG jumping on the street. I don’t know what kind of frog is a kap-la but I believe it is some kind of big eatable frog.
