The West view things narrowly. We view things in its complete form. We don't separate and divide because all things are inter-related.

Westerners always say "Free Market Economy!". They tell you half-truth because their mind only works half. The other half, only we know and always get it right is "Too free is hazardous."

That explains one of the reasons of the recent financial crisis in the west: overlending

To answer your first question I would suggest human nature (given that human are a lazy bunch including myself).

According to what you are saying you're actually using the "butterfly effect" to explain the whole situation if and only if the initial condition and subsequent condition would be different so a different outcome might occur later on. It's a nice write up relating so many things and giving your opinions on the dragon boat incident.

Thanks so much for your write up. i like it very much.
I attribute my good health to God's blessings. I'm 62 & consider it a ripe enough age to meet my creator if He thinks it's time.....
. i accept, i accept.
Emotions count. Many are ill because of their hatred, unforgiving spirit, & lack of giving.
Of course our way of life is a FACTOR for the state of our health.

Finally i think I'm proof that milk doesn't cause loss of bone because I've drunk milk everyday since i was a child & i still enjoy drinking it.
