Unfortunately, the remaining 80% are ordinary (or even "sicked" like gamblers who burn down his own children alive). So if Ah Beng or Ah Keong ask you for money, make sure he is the 20% and not that 80%! Expect to throw your money into salt-water-sea when you borrow money to Chinese gamblers!
