hi, i wonder if anyone can provide how kinokuniya repack the book for delivery and courier they used? did anyone had damaged books received from them? and if possible other retailer as well…

Hi,
I ordered a book from The Book Depository on 15 October. The Book Depository has dispatched the item on 20 October. According to The Book Depository the item will be dispatched within 7-10 working days but until today I yet to receive it. Is there anybody has experience that order book from The Book Depository and how long it will take to receive the book ordered? or anyway to check with the local post office?

@shebu, kinokuniya and acmamall are both trustworthy. The differences is kino sell books at suggested retail price without a single cent of discount but you receive you books with speedy courier in 1 or 2 days. Acmamall on the other hand sell their books with big discount but you have to wait something like 2 to 3 weeks to receive your books because they don’t stock their books.

Please this is my 1st time buying books, i don’t have credit card and bank acc but im using my mom’s so i gotta be careful. so my mom have maybank2u and credit card.. im searching for my childhood books for my collection named “Amelia Bedelia” so, i’ve been searching and compare.. i think ACMAmall.com is the cheapest among kinokuniya and MPHonline.. is there any store that i can trust the quality of shipment and the price and all?

Is ACMAmall.com trustworthy? im afraid.. lol

only back from KL 2 days visiting son. However, received a card bought from your book shop in the form of a small bunch of carnations where you pull up a tag on which a message was written?
Would love to be able to buy some for use here in West Aust. Legs wouldn’t allow me to visit while there.
It is only a small card with 4 stems in it in the form of a posy?
