Keep up with it friend. Now I'd like to comment on "Where are our best brains". Yes, what the government is doing in providing 13 years of education for our best brains and Singapore for 4 years and they serve Sing. for next 30 years by looking at it from the surface is indeed STUPID! But only from the surface. First, what is not lost to Sing. are those majority weaker students who had to stay behind to work in Malaysia. So those 13 years of free schooling by the country to those majority were not a losing investment. Secondly, Malaysia being a multiracial country and as we all know the main component races have different mental capabilities and our country is the only country in the world where the government has to milk the ethnic minorities to take care of the ethnic majority. All the countries in the world where special privileages are given are always provided by the ethnic majority to the minority. But here it's the reverse, ridiculous isn't it? Because of the great disparity in the capabilities of the different races here, if the government doesn't take care of the ethnic majority and implement a fair for all policy, then the non bumiputeras would occupy most of the top courses in universities and top positions in society and the gap between bumi and non bumi would further widens. And it would be scary to think of what would happen next, the majority bumis would live in poverty while the non bumis would be the elite and racial riots and possible ethnic cleansing of non bumis incited by religious zealots and gangster politicians I am sure would occur. Now we all don't want that to happen. So what would the govt. do to prevent this, they have to chose the lesser of the 2 evils and do the 'stupid' things you mentioned in your blog. I'm not saying what they did was perfect, but they have to, to maintain peace and social order. Our country has the manpower and ability to crush tiny Sing. like a housefly if we want to, but we're hold back from it by our own self imposed hurdles in too much religious and racial politics. The only way out, is for them to change the bumis' cultural values and more focused on self reliance and excellence and to learn from the chinese.
