Yea, good one, tmnut is always covering their arses. Call technical hotline and you get “Please clear your cache, off your firewall and antivirus, unplug ur modem and make a direct connection without splitter involved. Finally reboot then reconnect. If you’re still experiencing slow connection go to the tmnut website and look at the slow connection troubleshooting.”

BULLSH*T!

What a bunch of crap when obviously, it has nothing to do with firewalls since it was working fine in the morning, but service went to hell in the afternoon and at night. Government should allow for more ISPs instead of just one fking tmnut which is providing BULLSH*T to its customers all day AND IS STILL SERVING THE BULLSH*T to its customers when they call for technical assistance.

Helpdesk of streamyx was telling, sometimes computer speed will make connection slow.

Just wondering is the computer speed will affect connection speed? If yes, tell me what to do with my spec now…

in fact in malaysia there is no other BROADBAND which can subscribe for !!! that is because the GOVERMENT still protect the damm STREAMYX or what we can say is TM !!!

Now you can see alot of promortion for the new subscribe package and benefit for the new register people while what about the old people who using the internet for more than 2 year ??? how they feel ??? and they know the problem is the bandwidth still so slow yet don’t even want to do anything yet keep on call for more new register people ???

what STREAMYX are up to ?? why not they do focus on the problem first rather than focus on SALES ??????

like this only make more staff going away from working with TM !!!!!! keep on asking new incomer but yet don’t want to improve the stupiud damm lousy INTERNET SPEED !!!

I am one of the user of streamyx, well so far my connection is so damn slow. Their helpdesk is out sourcing, which means, you call them, but not the TMnet person who answer the call, is other person that know nothing about it. The funny thing is singapore already use 100Mbps, but why we are still using 4Mbps with Copper wire? The agreement write “Up to 4Mbps” means can up to 4Mbps? or Slower than 4Mbps? don’t really get what it mean, Streamyx try to fool us. TM is fast? well, perhaps we should call TM = Damn. Tmnet = Damn Net.

Everybody… it’s time to change!
change maxis broadband… 7 days trial… if not stratified–go and return the modem !!! and if you wan dl bt… dun try digi broadband… 11 KB/s max… slightly better then 56k dial-up modem.

i can easily download bt up to 44 KB/s (384 kbps basic plan) at every single moment.
oct 07: download 28.89GB upload15.26 total 44.15GB better then some screamyx subscriber….

My place is Selayang Baru, just opposite the SMK SB.
Compare to my friend in Ampang, using screamyx only get 2KB/s download bt, spending 6 hours to finish 100MB… New record for screamyx… Let’s scream for those lousy service…. and masuk dalam Malaysia record book la…. ha ha…

So who own celcom wireless broadband? can we also test the “quality service” and give some opinion? Is tm company what… I wan to listen to the story too…. tm-nuts buleeeeeh!!

they promise to deliver 1024kbps
now the connection is 800++ kbps.
memang no problem wat…
they say 1024kbps but din say whether local or international ma.
cannot sue them la.

i know they suck also.
when u complain too much, they will shout to u and said “lu tak suka jangan subscribe la”

then i said, kalau tak subscribe, how to online.
he said, “pergi luar negara la”!

if that’s wat they want then i will go lo.
